Todd Glover "announcing" on the megaphone

Troy Moiles & Jeff Hamilton First Place 12.34 lbs (top)

Jason Wilbur Big Bass 3.83 lbs (bottom)

Well, we did not get rained on and it was Monday. Some of us had to learn how to fish without rain gear. A special thanks to Todd Glover for fishing with me in the absence of Joshua. We are sure that everyone on the lake knows who we are and who Todd is after he got his hands on the megaphone. What a good time and that is what is all about.

Congratulations to Troy Moiles and Jeff Hamilton who took first place with a nice catch weighing in at 12.34lbs. Second place went to Mr. and Mrs. Jason Wilbur with 11.82 lbs. and Jason took first place big bass with a large mouth weighing in at 3.83lbs. Third place honors went to Mark Semple and Alex Cataldo with 11.78lbs.

We also announced that our divisional championship is going to be held on Kent Lk. this year. I know several of you are skeptical but after talking with people that know the lake and hearing what they said the lake should be a good bite at that time of the year. We will have a great time of this I can promise you.

We want to thank Hanks Fly Fishing and John Matheis for the great Tigers D trailer insert and to Metro Dirt for providing us with 2 Hummers that were given away at the end of the night in a raffle. Those babies will get great gas mileage that is for sure. Thanks to all of you that fish with us. We appreciate you and truly are blessed that you have chosen division 40.

We had a total of 84 fish brought to the scales and ZERO dead. Great Job on a really hot day.

We will see you on Pontiac Lake Monday, have a great weekend.

A special thanks to all of those that always step up and help us when needed. Whether it is at the ramp, the weigh in or putting things away we always appreciate you and the help that is given.

Don't forget that you must fish at least 8 out of 12 tournaments to go to the divisional championship and 10 out of 12 to qualify for the wild card drawing to go to Houghton Lake in 2009.

We say it all the time and truly believe that we have the best division in NBAA because of those that fish with us. Thank you for making it a pleasure to direct division 40.
