What a HOT and tough night of fishing!

We had 31 boats show up to sweat and fish. The fish however had a different plan, only 40 fish were caught with only 1 limit of fish brought in to the scales. We did have 2 fish that weighed over 3 lbs. There were 6 placed paid out along with 2 big bass.

Matt Malquist and Nate Barr came in 5th place with a weight of 5.00 lbs. 5th place went to Paul Marcon and James Templin with 5.03 lbs of fish. The team of Ed Schiller and Don Patton were in 4th place with 5.32 lbs. while Cecil Cole and Bill Isaacson brought in 6.24 lbs putting them in 3rd place. 2nd place went to Mike Coopersmith and Matt Fischer with 6.94 lbs and 1st place went to Jake Sexton and Curtis Talley with a sack weighing 8.18 lbs. Matt Fischer then came in 2nd place in the Big Bass competition with a nice smally weighing 3.30 lbs. and Paul Marcon took the 1st place Big Bass with a another nice smally weighing 3.63 lbs.

Thank you to Josh and Rachel for helping out while I was recovering from my back surgery. THank you also to Kelly Tyrell for helping out with the pictures.

32 boats showed up with 11 teams bringing in limits. we had 103 fish caught and 5 fish weighed over 3 lbs., with 2 sacks of fishing weighing over 10 lbs.

We paid out 6 places and 2 big bass places.

6th place went to Wayne Prysdale and Charles Dyer with a weight of 9.37 lbs. Chris O'Connor and Sandy Alfaro came in 5th with 9.43 lbs. 4th place went to Homer Mayberry and Chuck Billington with 9.46 lbs. The team of Tom Taylor and David Taylor took 3rd with 9.87 lbs. and Chuck Standhardt and his brother Chris Standhardt came in 2nd with 11.63 lbs. Derrek Zdeb and Chris Schultes came in 1st with a nice sack of fish weighing 13.18 lbs. Our 2nd Big Bass place went to Chris Smiley with a fish weighing in at 3.53 lbs. Tom Taylor took 1st Big Bass with a weight of 3.82 lbs.

July 9 - Kent Lake

What a great night of fishing!

An amazing 41 boats showed up to fish with 110 fish caught. 10 teams brought in limits with 7 of the sacks weighing over 10 lbs. and 5 fish weighed over 3 lbs.

8 places were paid out along with 2 big bass.

8th place went to the team of Chris Schultes and Derrek Zdeb with a weight of 9.65 lbs. Smith x2 came in 7th with a total of 10.35 lbs. The 6th place team was George Bracken and Mike Seigle with 10.70 lbs. Mike Coopersmith and Matt Fischer took 5th with a tied weight of 10.70 but their big bass broke the tie. 4th place went to Terry Melvin and Don Patton with 10.86 lbs. With a weight of 11.20 lbs. David Bobr and AJ Genks came in 3rd while Chuck Standhardt and Al Smith came in 2nd with an amazing sack weighing 15.01 lbs. The team of Terry Blankenship and Ron Foley stole the show with an awesome weight of 16.88 lbs! Terry Blankenship also won the 2nd Big Bass pot with a weight of 3.59 and Don Pattons bass tipped the scale at 3.76 lbs. for 1st place Big Bass.
